I'm first and foremost a girl who loves animals. I was always the kid begging her Dad for one more dog, even though we already had two dogs, a cat, and a horse. I grew up riding horses and these days I make time every week to school horses for the J. F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center in San Juan Capistrano.
Next came my love for photography, and what better subject is there to photograph then pets?! I'm a completely self-taught photographer, and taking pictures of my beloved pooch, Missy, has played a major part in my development as a photographer. Missy shows me so much devotion and personality, and it became a personal challenge for me to capture exactly what she means to me in a photograph. It's Missy's funny faces, adorable gray patches, and stubby tail that inspired me to become a pet photographer.
My goal is to create artful images that capture the essence of your pet. I have done my job as an artist if the images of your pets bring a smile to your face and make you love your pet just a little bit more.
